About the Closed Beta
This beta is intended to verify cross-platform matchmaking and performance while helping us identify and resolve in-game issues prior to launch. We've also prepared a short survey for all participants. Please take a moment to share your thoughts after playing—your feedback will help us fine-tune the game and deliver the best experience possible.
- The closed beta will be playable for participants selected via a lottery system.
- During the closed beta test, you may encounter bugs, connection issues, freezing, or crashes.
- As this game's development is still in progress, we cannot guarantee a seamless gameplay experience. Thank you for bearing with us!

- Online multiplayer is available for all three quests in Quest Mode.
- Only Tutorial Mode and Quest Mode are playable during the closed beta.
- Local wireless play for Nintendo Switch™ 2 is not available during the closed beta.
- Two new major gameplay features coming to Granblue Fantasy: Relink - Endless Ragnarok—Summons and The Conflux—are not available during the closed beta.

- To ensure you receive our emails, please add "@cygames.com" to your email allow list if you use domain filters.
- Notification emails will not be reissued under any circumstances.

- Eligibility
- Have a Cygames ID account.
- If you do not have a Cygames ID account, please create an account via the Cygames ID website.
- Be 18 years or older.
- Eligibility is based on the date of birth linked to your Cygames ID at the time the closed beta begins.
- Have a stable broadband Internet connection.
- Be willing to complete a web survey after participating in the closed beta.
- Have read and consent to the Disclaimer, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
- Nintendo Switch™ 2 Participants: A Nintendo Switch Online membership is required to access multiplayer during the closed beta.
- Have a Nintendo Switch™ 2, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, or PC that meets the system requirements listed below.
- These specifications apply specifically to the closed beta version of Granblue Fantasy: Relink - Endless Ragnarok.
- Minimum and recommended system requirements for the closed beta are subject to change without notice.
- System requirements for the closed beta may differ from those of the retail version of the game.
- The Steam version requires the installation of the Steam client.
- At least 9 gigabytes of available storage space is required to play the game on the Nintendo Switch™ 2.
- At least 20 gigabytes of available storage space is required to play the game on the PlayStation®5.
- At least 10 gigabytes of available storage space is required to play the game on the PlayStation®4.
- Have a Cygames ID account.

- Access is subject to regional availability.
- A Cygames ID is required to apply.

Disclaimer
- A Cygames ID is required to apply for the closed beta.
- Applications are limited to one entry per Cygames ID.
- Save data and play data from the closed beta cannot be transferred to the retail version of the game.
- A PlayStation®Plus subscription is not required to participate on PlayStation®5 or PlayStation®4.
- A Nintendo Switch Online membership is required to participate on Nintendo Switch™ 2.
- Your selected platform cannot be changed after submitting an application.
- Codes may not be usable in regions other than the region selected on your application.
- We will not reissue or exchange codes that cannot be used due to incomplete or incorrect information.
- Winners are selected at random and not based on order.
- If the application page is slow or unresponsive due to high traffic, please try again later.
- Selection notifications and all closed beta communications will be sent to the email address associated with your Cygames ID.
- Transferring, selling, or lending the closed beta software or participation rights to any third party is strictly prohibited.
- We're unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding selection results.
- Participants must read and consent to the Disclaimer, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy to participate.
- The closed beta represents a version of the game under development and will differ from the retail version of the game.
- Unauthorized copying, modification, or reverse engineering of the closed beta software is strictly prohibited.
- Actions that interfere, damage, or hinder the operation of the closed beta or the experience of other users are strictly prohibited.
- The closed beta schedule is subject to change without notice due to unforeseen delays in development or other factors.
- Should unexpected issues occur, we may perform emergency maintenance or suspend/terminate the closed beta.
- Individual support for in-game bugs or gameplay issues will not be provided during the closed beta.
- Data obtained through the closed beta will be used for improvement and analysis purposes.
- If a participant violates these terms, we reserve the right to revoke their eligibility to participate at any time.
- Users are responsible for any data charges incurred from their Internet service providers.
