Do I need a PlayStation®Plus or Nintendo Switch Online membership to participate?

・For PlayStation®5 / PlayStation®4 players:
A PlayStation®Plus membership is not required.

・For Nintendo Switch™ 2 players:
A Nintendo Switch Online membership is required to access online multiplayer features.

Is the open beta free to play?

The open beta is free to play.
However, you'll need a broadband Internet connection to play online.
Players are responsible for any data charges incurred from their Internet service providers.

Can I transfer my open beta play data to the retail version?

No. Play data from the open beta cannot be transferred to the retail version.

Can I play with players from different regions?

Yes. Cross-region multiplayer is available.

Can I play with players on different platforms?

Yes. Cross-platform multiplayer is available.

Will I get any rewards or bonuses for participating in the open beta?

There are no rewards or bonuses for participating in the open beta.

Why isn't the Steam® version launching for me?

If you're having trouble getting the Steam version to launch, please check the Steam Troubleshooting section in the Granblue Fantasy: Relink FAQ.

The open beta test will appear in your library as Granblue Fantasy: Relink - Endless Ragnarok Beta Test.

Can I play on the original Nintendo Switch™?

No. Granblue Fantasy: Relink - Endless Ragnarok is only compatible with Nintendo Switch™ 2, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, and Steam®.

What languages are supported in the open beta?

English, Japanese, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Korean.

Can I play offline?

The four quests available in Quest Mode can be played offline. However, as the purpose of the open beta is to help us verify cross-platform matchmaking and performance, we strongly encourage that you play online.
The Tutorial Mode is only playable offline.

Does the open beta support local wireless play on the Nintendo Switch™ 2?

No, local wireless play is not supported in the open beta.

How can I share my feedback?

You can share your feedback through the official open beta survey, which will be available once the open beta begins. (Cygames ID required)

I'm experiencing issues with Open Matchmaking.

If you're experiencing issues with Open Matchmaking, try the Create an Online Session or Search for Online Sessions functions instead.

I linked my Cygames ID, but I can't find my rewards in-game.

Rewards for linking your Cygames ID cannot be claimed during the open beta. They will become available once the full retail version of Granblue Fantasy: Relink - Endless Ragnarok launches.

When can I start using the summon feature?

Quests where summons can be used are labeled "Summons Allowed" on the quest overview. In the open beta, summons are only available in "Sephira's Sanguine Glimmer."
This quest is only accessible once all three other quests have been cleared.
